The 1717 Foundation is dedicated to mentorship and leadership development for boys and young men. Our organization is inspired by the words of Frederick Douglass, believing that true manhood is cultivated through consistent mentorship, brotherhood, and the ability to overcome challenges.
We guide youth towards a strong sense of identity, academic growth, and community leadership through sports, life skills, and college readiness programs. Our mission is to empower boys and young men to reach their full potential and become leaders in their communities.
